I got this Lorac Behind the Scenes Primer as a freebie from an eye shadow set my mom bought. While I mainly use a continuously growing amount of Urban Decay's Primer Potion samples mixed into a jar, this is my travel primer. It definitely does the job, but I prefer the UD primer potion just because of consistency. This has a lot less substance to it and feels very light and slippery while the primer potion is thicker and has more stick to it. But as I said they work the same as far as I can tell, its just a preference for consistency.
Here are some eye shadows swatched over the primer. It is very clear where the primer is and it definitely intensifies the color.
Here are the shadows after running my hand under water, rubbing at them, and then drying my hands off. As you can see the shadows stuck considerably better onto the spot where the primer was located.
For anyone interested the eye shadows used are from the Mary Kay At Play baked eye shadow trio in On The Horizon which I will be doing a review on soon.
